HealthSpring Himalayan Salt Lamps Policies, Shipping, Tax and other Important Information

We use USPS Priority Mail for shipping.

Our shipping rates (for the Continental United States) are applied to each item and are as follows:

Less than $20.00 = $13.95
$20-$60 = $16.95
$61-$80 = $19.95
$81-$100 = $25.95
$101-$200 = $25.95 + added shipping fees to be determined based on weight and destination.

Arizona Sales Tax

All orders in Arizona will have a 10.35% sales tax added.

Extra Shipping Fees Will Apply

Orders placed outside the Continental United States will have additional shipping fees added, depending on the location the product is being shipped.

Items On Sale

All sale order purchases are final - no returns, exchanges, or refunds.

We accept credit card payments from Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also accept PayPal. Your purchases will be processed safely and securely through PayPal.

When you place an order on MySaltLamps.com, it is completely secure and your customer information is kept private, always. All credit card and personal information provided to us is transmitted securely using the industry standard SSL encryption.

Return Policy

We're more than happy to replace your item, exchange it for another one, or refund your purchase within 14 days of purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and find something wrong with it, you may return it, in its original condition and packaging, for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt of the item.

Simply contact us within 14 days of receipt of the item via phone or email. Once we receive your return, we will issue you a credit, minus the shipping cost. If we receive your return and we find that the merchandise has been damaged, your merchandise will be sent back to you at your expense. We encourage you to send all returns via insured mail for protection against loss or damage.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping costs, and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returned items may be subject to a re-stocking fee of up to 25% in addition to the shipping & handling charges. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Liability

It is our top priority at HealthSpring to choose products that are premium-grade and authentic. Salt lamps can be very heavy. We cannot be held liable for any accidents resulting in personal injury or mishandling that involve any products sold on our website. Prices, availability and estimated delivery times can change at any time and all sale items are final.

Minimal Assembly Required

Your Salt Lamp will be shipped to you in a sturdy cardboard box. It will include a cord and bulb. Minimal assembly is required.
